CONSTRUCTION:

This hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber,four spiral plies of steel wire wrapped in alternating directions,and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

• Structure: it is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.
  • Tube: black synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oil.
  • Reinforcement: four layers of high tensile and high strength spiraled steel wire, making the hose highly resistant to high pressure.
  • Cover: high quality black synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, cut, oil and aging.
• Working temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C.

The application of the hydraulic hose:

  The high pressure hose is mainly used for Mine hydraulic support ,oilfield exploitation ,object construction ,lifting transport ,metallurgic forging ,mine equipment, ship, injection molding machinery,agricultural machinery , all kinds of machine tools and various industrial sectors.
